It Started As A Simple Idea …
But simple ideas have the terrible habit of running away and growing!
I had difficulties with my resolutions about 10 years ago. But I persisted, and threw my engineering skills at finding out why I had a problem and how to solve it. I found a simple answer.
The best way to succeed with New Year’s Resolutions is to pick the right resolution and to have an exact process for keeping it. I created a 4 step process for my own resolutions – Evaluation, Identification, Formulation, and Navigation. When I spoke to some of my friends about this process, they wanted to learn more about it. I taught them. And a few others. And a few more.
And the simple idea grew.
And now, it is a fully-developed system to help make resolutions and keep them.
